Our company operates a drying and processing plant in the organic farm of Mária Anna-pusztán in Vál, Fejér county. The plant has a total area of about 250 m², including a preparation room, cold store, grinding room and equipment, storage room, social facilities. The handling room has 4 drying cabinets and 1 drying machine. Our company uses the drying room for drying part of its own mushroom production and also undertakes contract drying.
Types of drying and dehydrating cabinets:
- 4 stainless steel drying and drying cabinets type GAMMO 11 with shelves
- 1 B. Master Line large-scale industrial drying machine
