Description
The AWRM02 is a combination of two machines: an automatic weighing and bagging machine.
The automatic bagging machine is able to receive, electronically weigh, raschel bag, sew and close bags of various vegetables: potatoes, onions, carrots, cucumbers, beets, etc. From the hopper, the crop is fed by a pair of ribbed applicator belts with a reel belt into two electronic weighing scales with weighing stamps. The cross-feeder belt can load the set quantity into any raschel net stored in a roll and then close it by sewing.
The machine is available with either a 1-row NewLong or 2-row Fischbein sewing machine.
It is also possible to work in manual mode, in which case the cross-feed conveyor transfers the crop to the right side of the machine, which is then loaded into a box (M10, M30, etc.) or a tied bag.

The individual packaging is made from a roll of pre-welded bags. The machine measures the product, then packs the measured quantity into the bag and finally sews the bag.
It is possible to use the typical packaging sizes available on the market, from 2.5 to 25 kg. The machine can also be equipped with a single or double-row sewing unit.
It is also possible to work in manual mode and to tie the bags.
