+++Seed blackberries of medium ripeness. ++. Berries are shiny black, long cylindrical, large. Sweet, aromatic flavour.
A vigorous growing, thornless blackberry variety. Grows 4-5 canes per trunk, with short internodes. Good frost resistance, but at temperatures below -20 °C for long periods the canes may freeze. The berries are closely spaced on the bunches. Mature to middle-age. It is prolific, yielding up to 20 t/ha under favourable environmental conditions. The berries are glossy black, long cylindrical, large and weigh 8,2 g on average. The fully ripe berries are easy to pick. The average number of berries is 89.
Good disease resistance. Tolerant to blackberry rust (Kuehneola uredinis Arthur).
It has good resistance and excellent transportability. Its fruit is suitable for fresh consumption, market and canning.
