Description
The Nagyvázsonyi Mezőgazdasági Kft. is looking for a plant manager for its turkey hatchery.

Duties:
- Management of the entire flock rearing process.
- Management, organization and control of the work processes on the farm.
- Management and supervision of the whole process of poultry breeding.
- Management and supervision of the operation and maintenance of the equipment associated with the site.
- Liaising with the integrator, authorities and administrations.
- Full knowledge of poultry husbandry and rearing rules.
- Knowledge, compliance and enforcement of disease control standards.
- Compliance of the establishment with the BTT disease control audit system.
- Keeping up to date the administration of the flock.
- Accurate monitoring of production indicators and preparation of reports.

Expectations:
- Secondary or higher education in agriculture or animal husbandry.
- Candidates must have a high level of computer skills.
- A basic or higher level of computer literacy, or a minimum of technical knowledge.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure.
- Punctuality, accuracy, reliability, independence.
- Determined attitude.
