The site is connected to a 7 hectare area of land with a fixed fence, suitable for pasture or even orchards and woodland. Of this 6 hectares are cheaply rented from the municipality. This can be further leased or purchased and extended. The fence is private property. The terrain is hilly and valley-like. Years ago, goats and outdoor pigs were kept on the land. All the water in the area comes into the valley, so a pond could easily be created. There is a small one at present.
